As an experienced psychological counsellor, trainer and lecturer, I have beenaccompanying people on their journey to personal and professional development forseveral years. I have a Master's degree in Psychology in Business, a postgraduate MBAand an Academy of Professional Coaching. I am currently writing my PhD thesis at theUniversity of Ávila in Spain, where I am researching the impact of EU funds on thedevelopment of border regions and their impact on the mental lives of the people livingin these areas.
I have extensive experience working with private patients, in groups, as well as advisingmultinational companies. This diversity of experience allows me to respond flexibly andpurposefully to different problems - whether in personal crises, professional challengesor in the development of teams and leaders in companies.
My professional experience also includes working with the European Parliament as aYEL Delegation Officer, where I prepare and coach delegations of young Europeans tomajor global events such as the G7 or COP. For several years I have lived and run my owncompany in Germany, where I combine knowledge and practice, supporting individualsand organisations to achieve their goals.
My work is based on a deep understanding of the human psyche and a solution-orientedapproach that is individually tailored to the needs of my clients. My work is guided by theempathy and understanding I have gained from my own experiences - I know howdifficult it can be to find your way in a new country and the challenges people face at thebeginning of their professional or expatriate journey.
Privately, I am passionate about travelling, discovering new cultures and traditions,which allows me to better understand the needs of people living in exile. This allows meto see from both an employer and employee perspective to help my clients achieveharmony in their professional and personal lives.
